This applies to products purchased directly from Nádúrtha. If you purchased from one of our stockists, please follow their returns policy.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.
Please email us if you have received a defective or damaged product and we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you. We will also provide you with a shipping label for the return of the defective product.
We have chosen to partner with Australia Post as our Freight Forwarder.
Items are shipped from Tannum Sands, Central Queensland.
Shipping with Australia is a flat rate of $5.00
Shipping to our New Zealand friends is a flat rate of $8.00.
Shipping to all other countries is a flat rate of $10.00.
Different shipping options are available depending on your requirements and budget. Actual rates for shipping are confirmed at checkout.

International: postage to New Zealand can take up to 9 working days, everywhere else up to 12 working days (excluding public holidays)
Nádúrtha can not control delays due to customs when parcels reach their destination. Nádúrtha is not responsible to pay customs duties (if any) upon arrival to destination,
Please be aware that once parcels leave Australia they cannot be tracked. If placing an international order and you wish to monitor your parcel we recommend selecting the tracking option at checkout, which is available for a flat rate of $15.00. (Choosing the standard airmail option is at your own risk - if this non-trackable shipping option is selected Nádúrtha is not liable to replace or refund missing items).
If shipping with tracking is selected you will be provided with tracking details once your product has shipped.
